Accelerated hypofractioned postoperative radiotherapy for prostate cancer: a prospective phase I/II study.

•We present a postoperative hypofractionated radiotherapy protocol.•The regimen is safe in terms of acute gastrointestinal/genitourinary toxicity.•The regimen is well tolerated in terms of patient-reported quality of life.•Early results show comparable toxicities and biochemical control.
