摘要

•We analysed 81 patients treated with radiotherapy for low-grade localised orbital lymphoma.•Treatment was given to a median of 30 Gy in 15 fractions.•Local control was 100% at a median of 4.4 years' follow-up.•Lens-sparing techniques increased acute toxicity but reduced cataract rates.
