Malignant fibrous histiocytoma presenting with complete opacification of the hemithorax: A case report.

•Lung sarcoma should not be excluded in young patients with progressive dyspnea.•Radiological studies are extremely important for the early detection as well as the confirmation of the diagnosis of lung sarcoma.•Early work up of progressive dyspnea especially in young healthy patients is vital for early diagnosis, thus definitive treatment.•Patients with suspected primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the lung must be carefully evaluated to rule out a metastatic origin.
