摘要

•First inter-laboratory validation of the in vivo flow cytometric micronucleus analysis method (MicroFlow®) in China.•8 laboratories in China and 1 reference laboratory in the US participated in this validation study.•Good correlation between frequencies of MN-RET in blood and MN-PCE in bone marrow were observed.•Assay reliability and reproducibility were confirmed among eight laboratories using four known genotoxicants.
