Geraldton, Western Australia, is set to become the centre of the State's next mining boom. Consultants are assisting with town planning so that Geraldton does not become another Ravensthorpe which faced problems with housing. Plans are also in place to make Geraldton more accessible by air and work on road and rail networks leading in and out of Geraldton are also being carried out.
