Combination treatment with mirabegron and solifenacin in patients with overactive bladder: efficacy and safety results from a randomised, double-blind, dose-ranging, phase 2 study (Symphony).

Combination therapy with mirabegron (25 or 50mg) and solifenacin (2.5, 5, or 10mg) demonstrates improved efficacy compared with solifenacin 5-mg monotherapy for key overactive bladder symptoms as well as comparable safety and tolerability with solifenacin or mirabegron monotherapy.
