摘要
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is characterized by an intense inflammatory response [ [1] Frangogiannis N.G. The immune system and the remodeling infarcted heart: cell biological insights and therapeutic opportunities. J Cardiovasc Pharmacol. 2013; ([Electronic publication ahead of print]) PubMed Google Scholar ]. The production of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin-1β [IL-1β], tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α], IL-6) dominates in the earlier phases, and endogenous anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1 receptor antagonist [IL-1Ra] IL-18BP and IL-10) quench the acute inflammation [ [1] Frangogiannis N.G. The immune system and the remodeling infarcted heart: cell biological insights and therapeutic opportunities.
