摘要
•A FT-MR method combined with PLSR was developed for determination of phospholipids in vegetable oils.•The method is characteristic of simple, fast, sensitive, accuracy, environmental friendly, easy automation.•Sample could be analyzed after simple dilution by hexane, avoid of complex procedures for sample pretreatment.•No degummed oils reference were needed.
