July 1, 2004, marked the 10th anniversary of service for the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Advanced Response Team (DHART). Located on the border of New England's “Twin States” of New Hampshire and Vermont, the DHART program's home is the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) in Lebanon, New Hampshire. DHMC is New Hampshire's only Level 1 American College of Surgeons–verified trauma center and children's hospital with pediatric critical care and Level 3 neonatal intensive care capabilities.
