摘要
•We explored the effect of LPC on Cx43 gap junction in rat primary cardiomyoctes.•LPC decreased the spontaneous contraction rates of cardiomyocytes.•PKCɛ activation by LPC induced the gap junction disassembly and dye uncoupling.•LPC induced the PKCɛ-dependent phosphorylation of Cx43 at serine 368.•This study provides the molecular basis for LPC-induced arrhythmogenesis.
