摘要

•We examined the effect of PACAP on nesfatin-1 neurons from PVN.•Cytosolic free calcium ([Ca2+]i) in response to PACAP was measured.•PACAP increased ([Ca2+]i) with dose-dependent manner in nesfatin-1 neurons.•Nesfatin-1 may regulate feeding, stress and autonomic response under PACAP control.
