摘要
•RNAi knockdown of FaRP genes decreased startle-induced locomotor activity of flies.•Three Gal4 drivers were constructed with 5′ regulatory sequences of the Fmrf gene.•The new drivers express Gal4 in partial FMRF neuronal pattern and some ectopic cells.•Cell ablation targeted by the new drivers can also influence adult locomotor activity.
