摘要

•To evaluate the four multiplex RT-LAMP assays, 300 FMDV samples were tested.•The results were compared with a conventional real-time RT-PCR assay.•The best assay achieved diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of 98.0% and 98.1%.•A cost-effective and rapid multiplex RT-LAMP assay was developed for FMD diagnosis.
