Guillain-Barre syndrome in colorectal cancer.

GuillainBarre syndrome has been reported in the setting of different malignancies. To the best of our knowledge, the association of GuillainBarre syndrome and colorectal cancer has been reported in only two cases. As GuillainBarre syndrome is potentially life threatening, it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients with colorectal cancer with neurological findings. Here we report two cases of GuillainBarre syndrome in the setting of metastatic colorectal cancer.
