Radiochemotherapy in non-small-cell lung cancer]

In order to treat non-small-cell lung cancer, radiotherapy is combined with chemotherapy. Lung complications can be caused by either therapy modality. However, they can be potentiated in combined radiochemotherapy. This case presents an interesting, escalating progress under docetaxel.
