Discuss the Necessity of the Wider Opening Plasma Diagnosis Experiment

The experiment of the plasma diagnosis had opened several years in most of universities at physical Laboratory as one of the modern physics experiments.In this paper,we mainly discuss the necessity and meaning of the wider opening this experiment.
