摘要
Acute fulminant hepatic necrosis may be associated with repeated oral administration of diazepam, at recommended dosages, in cats.Initial clinical signs include lethargy, ataxia, and anorexia. If serum alanine or aspartate transaminase activity increases within 5 days of initiation of diazepam treatment in cats, suspending administration of the drug is recommended.
