摘要
In this paper, we will focus on reducing encumberment in the inter-cognitive communication by utilizing Kansei engineering with introducing a rehabilitation game prototype called “The Glider”, which is utilizing motion-based human interface. Such game with human interactive interface requires an environment which presents natural and artificial cognitive systems, and it should work together efficiently. The controlling motions in the game have been developed in a close cooperation with medical doctors, physiotherapists and patients in Finland in terms of well-being and light exercises. However, modulating the game balance and running pilot tests are also very important aspects of game development. In our experiment, twelve Japanese test subjects played the game in Japan. In this test, we applied evaluation methods based on Kansei Engineering so that allowing reduce its encumberments for players. As a result, obstacles for players in control moves, difficulties, and instructions are suggested by the evaluation.
