摘要

•Grayscale and VH-IVUS were performed in 581 patients undergoing coronary angiography.•We measured acute phase proteins (APPs).•Ferritin was positively associated with coronary plaque volume.•PAI-1 was positively associated with incidence of all-cause mortality or ACS.•APPs were not associated with composition of atherosclerosis or plaque vulnerability.
