摘要
Computed tomography scan is the best method to diagnose and classify renal injury. For most injuries, if the patient is stable, conservative treatment is indicated. In the absence of any indications for immediate open exploration, selective angioembolisation is recommended as a technique to stop bleeding and achieve salvage of viable renal tissue. The prime treatment method of noniatrogenic ureteral injuries is open repair, dependent upon the nature, severity, and location of the injury.
