Design of humidity sensor for anti-condensing in switchgear

摘要
The main method of anti-condensing in switchgear is fixing the temperature and humidity controllers in order to wreck the formation of condensation conditions to avoid the electrical equipment's insulating fault, while humidity sensor is key detection component for those, which must has features of anti-jamming, anti-electrostatic, anti-pollution, wide humidity range. As basic humidity component, the macromolecule humidity sensitive capacitor is adopted in design of humidity sensor, in which capacitive value corresponding to humidity is converted into impulse variable by vibrating circuit, and then into 0-3V direct current signal by rectifying circuit, integral circuit and amplifying circuit. The humidity sensor designed in this paper has not only satisfied special needs above, but also is provided with reliability, linearity, cheapness, so it is especially fit for switchgear's humidity detection. ©2010 IEEE.
