Research on the explicit model for the efficiency of multi-state system

To many multi-states systems, people care the ability of system to accomplish mission at the set time and the overall evaluation to the ability of system to accomplish mission in all possible time. The efficiency of multi-state system is defined. Study the multi-state system made up of many same two-state units which are non-repairable during mission period, firstly the explicit expression is proposed and proved for the gradient density (probability density) of the sum of all the unit's life which fail during mission period, next the explicit expression is proposed and proved for the gradient density of the time of this system's accomplishing mission, in the last the explicit model for the efficiency of this multi-state system is proposed and proved.
