摘要
In view of characteristics of South-to-North Water Diversion Supply Chain, from the perspective of time, Markov Chain theory is applied to the research of information flow response time distribution of the Eastern Route South-to-North Water Diversion Supply Chain, in order to provide a reference for the operation of this project. This study shows that information collection and processing efficiency of the node management department plays a crucial role in the Eastern Route South-to-North Water Diversion Supply Chain. ©2009 IEEE.
