Operational Mechanism and Simulation on River Basin Water Resources Adaptive Allocation

Lack of water is an urgent problem to be settled. The application of river basin water allocation mechanisms helps to allocate water reasonably and efficiently and harmonize the relation between government and market in course of river basin water management.
