Workflow technology-based project management for technology reformation in Chinese Aviation Manufacturing Enterprises

Workflow technology and project management supplement each other, integrating them properly will improve the level of enterprise project management. This article examines current features of Technology Reformation Project Management (TRPM) in Chinese Aviation Manufacturing Enterprises (CAMEs) and proposes a workflow technology-based project management system for technology reformation (Wf-TRPMs). Practice shows that Wf-TRPMs is more efficient and effective than conventional TRPM mode in CAMEs. Workflow is a useful tool for building executive models for Project Management (PM), which is worth of researching.
