摘要
The effects of the surfactants of Tween-80 and rhamnolipid on the enzymes production by Streptomyces badius and biodegradation of organisms were studied in a solid substrate fermentation (SSF) process. The results indicated that Tween-80 with the mass fraction of 0.05% significantly increased the production of amylase, protease, xylanase from Streptomyces badius by 46.5%, 65.9%, 70.5%, respectively; Tween-80 with the mass fraction of 0.15% could promote Streptomyces badius to produce amylase, cellulose, xylanase obviously and the activities of enzymes were increased by 10.6%, 51.3%, 75%, respectively. Rhamnolipid with the mass fraction of 0.006% could increased the production of protease and xylanase from Streptomyces badius by 14.6% and 37.6%, respectively; rhamnolipid with the mass fraction of 0.018% inhibited the production of enzymes from Streptomyces badius. The organic matter samples' biodegradations of the groups of control, 0.05% Tween-80, 0.15% Tween-80, 0.006% rhamnolipid and 0.018% rhamnolipid were 5.66%, 7.65%, 6.91%, 5.07% and 4.62%, respectively, indicating that surfactants could influence the production of enzymes and biodegradation of organisms obviously.
