摘要
The thermooxidative degradations of medical latex products vulcanized through different vulcanization systems were studied by thermogravimetry (TG), derivative thermogravimetry (DTG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) methods. It was found that the degradations of the samples proceeded mainly in two steps at given experimental conditions, in which the first step reflecting the main thermooxidative degradation occurred in 320-400 degrees C and the second one in 450-550 degrees C. There were three exothermal process altogether, the first occurred in 170-300 degrees C, the second in 340-370 degrees C, and the third in 450-550 degrees C. The features seen from the DTA curves of the samples with different formulations are similar The better thermo-oxidation-resistance property of medical latex products can be achieved by using the vulcanization systems consisting of zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate, 2,2'-dibenzothiazole disulfide and sulfur The resistance property against thermal-oxidation can be improved by adding the antioxidants 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol combined with 2-mercapto benzimidazole.
