Structure and mechanical properties of a new high structure stability nickel-based superalloy

摘要
In order to improve the upper temperature limit of IN718 about 50 degrees C, investigation on a tested alloy, which is the modified version of IN718, has been performed. By the methods of thermal calculation, phase analysis, structure observations and mechanical experiments, it is found that the tested alloy has more gamma+gamma' phases and less delta phases than IN718. This tested alloy has more superior mechanical properties and more stable structure, and it is a new high structure stability nickel-based superalloy.
