摘要
A study of calcium phosphate cements (CPC)/bone morphogenetics proteins (BMP) as bone implants was carried out. The superiority of CPC lies in the fact that CPC has some unique properties like bioresorbability, excellent biocompatability, slight exothermic reaction, tight interface and sustained release of drugs. A novel bioactive material was obtained by the recombination of BMP with CPC. X ray and histological observations were performed after 1/2, 1, 3, 6 and 12 months and the degradation of CPC/BMP compounds, bone growth, and the interfaces were observed. No remarkable change was observed in the concentration of Ca and P during the observed period.
