Characteristics of Es3 3-4 Reservoir and Its Influence Factors in the East Limb of Xinhuo Structure

The characteristics of Es3 3-4 reservoir in Xinhuo Structure are denoted, the key factors influencing porosity growth of the reservoir are analyzed. It is considered that the reservoir is with strong consolidation, non-growth of primary pore and with secondary pore grown under abnormal high pressure and the action of dissolution caused by organic matter thermal evolution, which is the key reservoir space in the area where pore growing is in a deep section of 3600 ∼ 3900m. On the basis of studying secondary pore, the direction of next exploration is predicted.
