CO2 laser tuned by low fineness Fabry-Perot interferometer

摘要
A low fineness Fabry-Perot interferometer is used as the output coupler of a high power TEA CO2 laser. The tunable characteristics of this laser is investigated experimentally. Results show that the laser frequency can be easily tuned from 9 μm band to 10 μm band by varying the gap of the F-P interferometer.
