A Scale And Pose Invariant Algorithm For Fast Detecting Human Faces In A Complex Background

Human face detection is an interesting and challenging task in computer vision. A scale and Dose invariant algorithm is proposed in tills paper. The algorithm is able to detect human faces in a complex background ill about 400ms with a detection rate of 92%. The algorithm can be used in a wide range of applications such as human-computer interface, video coding, etc.
