Determination Of Five Kinds Of Gingkolides In Gingko Biloba Leaves Extract By Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

In this paper, five kinds df gingkolides(GA,GB, GC,GJ,BB) in gingko biloba leaves extract was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography at the first time, The waters Symmetry-C18 column(3.9 mm x 150 mm,5 mu m) and column temperature was 30 degrees C, 24% (V/V) methanol as mobile phase and detector was refractormeter (model: waters410, sensitivity: 1024). The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.02 similar to 0.40 g/L, r = 0.9814 similar to 0.9934; recovery: 93.2% similar to 97.4% and RSD: 1.27% similar to 2.68%, different ginkolides determination limit from 2.07 to 3.98 mg/L, This method is sensitive, reproducible and easy to operate. The condition of column can be enlarging for preparinge-scale high performance liquid chromatography.
