Reservoir flood operations using stochastic models

摘要

In this paper, two models for flood operations in stochastic case are presented. One is Cutting Flood Peak Model, the other is Flood Disaster Risk Model. The case study shows that the former is better for small or medium flood and the later is better for large flood.
