摘要
Axisymmetrical bifurcation buckling of multilayer composite circular cylindrical shells under axial compression is discussed. Based on the Donnell equations, the method of displacement and complex number is extended to this problem according to reference. Considering the eight different boundary conditions, the modulus of symmetric bifurcation buckling and the calculation of critical load are presented. The emphases are placed on the boundary conditions and coupling effect. The theory and result can be directly applied to the structural design of shells of rocket engine.
