Stressed the different experiment volts an the sample, its breakdown time t and cumulative breakdown probability F(t, e) are received, its curve of the F (t, e) against t is plotted on the Weibull paper, Through mathematical analysing, the life coefficient is given, and draws the curve of electric-life median value against stressed electric field.
