Measurement of neutron capture cross-section for 152Sm in energy range of 22-1019KeV

The experiment was conducted on an electrostatic accelerator with 4.5MeV energy at Beijing Univ where the reactions of 7Li(p,n)7Be and T(p,n)3He were used as neutron sources. The cross section for 152Sm (n,��) 153Sm reaction in the neutron energy range of 22-1019KeV are obtained by the activation method applying the neutron capture cross section data of 197Au as standard. The measurement error is less than 6.8% and the main error resources are also listed.
