Method of measurement system analysis techniques in the manufacturing quality analysis

Quality analysis in manufacturing must use quality measurement data as the premise, degree of accuracy of quality characteristic measurement results depends on measuring system capacity and performance. The purpose of this paper is to study five analysis of variance of the measurement system which apply in the production site. With MM-60 microscope measurement system as an example, through data collection, evaluate its measurement capability, give the report that the measurement system meets the measurement requirements in production, in order to in prove quality control of product on production manufacturing.
