Brain metastases is a key problem for clinical treatment, eighty patients with BM of NSCLC were treated with ES combined with radiotherapy in this study, it can relieve brain edema and obtain better short-term effective rate in the patients with positive VEGFR2 or positive KDR gene, but fails to significantly improve the overall survival time
