摘要

•We present the complete genome sequence of nematicidal B. thuringiensis YBT-1518.•B. thuringiensis YBT-1518 harbors three nematicidal crystal protein genes and multiple potential virulence factors, which displays effective toxicity to nematodes.•Most of the crystal protein genes are encoded on large plasmids, while the silence crystal gene cry5Ba2 is located on the chromosome of B. thuringiensis YBT-1518.
