摘要
Objective: To explore the imaging features of pulmonary aspergillosis in non-immunocompromised patients. Methods: Nine non-immunocompromised patients with pulmonary aspergillosis confirmed by histopathology were collected, and their clinical data and imaging features were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Nine patients underwent chest X-ray , 8 of them underwent plain and enhanced CT scan. Chest X-ray films showed 1 case with single lesion, 8 cases with multiple lesions, the borders of nodules or large consolidations were fuzzy, some nodules were found with cavities. CT performances: Large consolidation was found in 4 cases, among them 3 with air bronchogram, 1 with interlobular septal thickening. Multiple nodules were found in 4 cases, most with halo sign, many nodules distributed along bronchovascular bundles, and cavity could been seen in 3 cases, most with thin line separation. Enhancements were noticed in consolidations and nodules, the average CT value of plain scan was (32.94±2.93)HU, of enhanced scan was (64.13±6.31)HU. Three cases had pleural effusion. Conclusion: The imaging findings of pulmonary aspergillosis are variety in non-immunocompromised patients, but some cases have special signs.
