摘要

This paper introduced current situations of CeO2 as UV-shielding materials. Their advantages and disadvantages were compared. The surface modification of CeO2 were detailed. At last, their use in sunscreen cosmetics, textile fabrics, glass and coatings and the developing trend in the polymer materials were described.
