摘要

•We showed an inverse correlation between EZH2 and hMLH1 expression in epithelial ovarian cancer.•EZH2 downregulation can induce the re-expression of the unmethylated, basally expressed hMLH1 gene.•Downregulation of EZH2 does not affect the methylation of the hMLH1 promoter.
