Analysis of irrational use of drugs existing in inpatient records

Retrospective analysis of irrational use of drugs in inpatient records of the General Hospital of the Chengdu Military Command reveals that there are problems of antibacterial and hemostatic abuse, inappropriate drug selection, medication beyond package insert, indicating that irrational use of drugs widely exists in the hospital. Doctors and pharmacists should pay attention to the study of professional knowledge and related pharmaceutical knowledge, so as to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care.
