The relevant research of intellectual property strategy, independent technical innovation and enterprises competitiveness-based on the data checking of China's industry clusters

In order to reveal the correlation among intellectual property strategy, independent technical innovation and enterprises competitiveness, structural equation modeling (SEM) is used in this paper. By research assumption, factor decomposition, reliability test and model validation, SEM can effectively reveal the micro-path mechanism in China's industry clusters. For illustration, five representative enterprises are selected in each cluster where 1000 questionnaires are distributed among China's 200 industrial clusters. The ratio of samples numbers and indicators numbers is 7:1, which meets the basic conditions of SEM. The empirical results show that the theory assumption of the paper has a certain realism, which can more objectively reflect path mechanisms of IP strategy for China's industry clusters and independent technical innovation to enhancing enterprises competitiveness. The advantages and disadvantages relation to IP strategy are given, which can provide a realistic theory reference to deepen independent technical innovation in China's cluster enterprises and improve enterprises competitiveness, thereby accelerating the process of upgrading industrial clusters.
