The problems and measures on generating system of low temperature waste heat in the steel enterprise

A generation load of low-temperature waste heat in a steel enterprise is too low to stop frequently. The reasons analyzed are as follows: a long transferring pipeline with many curves and some sharp turns for saturated steam leads to steam-water bursting and strong vibrating the system of pipeline, some different thermal expansion and cold shortening characteristics are from the flange, gasket and bolt, and the different pretightening force at the connection of flange and bolt lead to leakage. Ills the methods that pipeline and "U"-shaped expansion compensator installed horizontally, drainage and damping facilities arranged rationally, a rigid connection used, improving material performance of the flange and bolt, strengthen the management of the operation are adapted to the system. The results show that the measures are effective and the system benefits is significantly increased, that an economic benefit is about 0.78 million yuan per month, the CO2 emission reduction is about 5375 tons every rnonth and the SO2 reduction is about 20.2 tons every month.
