Requirement analysis and primary design of COSINE code

Requirement analysis shows that the system code, subchannel code, containment code, lattices physics code, core physics code and neutron kinetics code can meet most NPP design and safety analysis requirements. The modularization is adopted for code design. It shows that modularization leads to cutting development cost, and improving code quality. The alpha version will be released in 2013. The validation work will be started in the same year.
