Determination of Trace Elements Contents in Guiyujin by ICP Method

Guiyujin samples(Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.Lee et C.F.Liang) are digested by HNO3-30%H2O2 with microwave ultrasonic.The contents of Na,B,Mg,Al,P,Ca,Ti,Zn,Ba,Mn,Fe and K are determined by ICP-AES;and Li,Be,Tl,Mo,Pb,Cd,Sr,V,Cr,Cu,Ni and Co are determined by ICP-MS technique.The accuracy of the method is verified by the analysis of standard reference material GBW-10015 and GBW-10020.The results show that trace elements of Fe,Mn and Ti are rich in Guiyujin,the content of Fe is highest,amounting to 360 μg/g.However the contents of Be,Cd,Mo,Tl and V in samples are low,less than 1 μg/g.The method for the determination of inorganic elements in the sample of Guiyujin shows accuracy and precision.
