摘要
The most common complications following percutaneous lung biopsy are pneumothorax and pulmonary hemorrhage. There have been few cases of pneumomediastinum occurred after fluoroscopy guided biopsy. Literature revealed no case of massive air leak with pneumomediastium, pneumopericardium, subcutaneous emphysema and pneumothorax developing secondary to computed tomography (CT)-guided biopsy. This report presents a case of massive air leak after this procedure.
