Traços de auto-organização: um estudo de caso na indústria de calçados em Fortaleza - Ceará - Brasil

This research intends to identify the features of auto-organization through the study of a case in the shoe industry in the city of Fortaleza - Brazil. Graphics and diagrams were elaborated as a casual link, to identify circular connections, to imply as a feature of auto-organization in the process of: 1) physic flow of raw material and finished products; 2) Request of acquisition/movement of raw material and finished products and, 3) Acquisition of management information. It was observed auto adjustable procedures, as much as productivity and correction of errors, and also in the whole system. The knowledge produced by this research can be applied in studies that aim to identify and analyse structures to a dynamic auto production, also in moulding and organization simulation through the elaboration of systemic models.
